Return & Refund Policy

Standard Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned items will be fully refunded; however, please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns Process To initiate a return, please contact klesgedja@gmail.com for a return label. Include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide step-by-step instructions upon receiving your request.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Damaged: If your item arrives damaged, email us at klesgedja@gmail.com with the subject line "DAMAGED." Please include a photo of the damage and your order number. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Missing: If an item is missing from your package, email us with the subject line "MISSING ITEM" and your order number.
